Sector 2

Sector 2 is located within District 1 in the Southern Willamette Valley and is currently the primary Sector for the Central Aid Agency and a center for operations.   The Sector is home to General Headquarters and the Board of Directors as well as core administrative and command elements for C.A.A.  The communities of Junction City, Harrisburg, Monroe, Coburg, Elmira, Veneta, Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding areas make up the operational area of Sector 2.  The Sector is headquartered in Junction City, Oregon and holds regular meetings there.

Sector Schedule

Sector Meetings:
Sector Meetings are the Second Thursday of every month from 1900-2100 (7-9:00 PM)  Non-Rated (CERT) personnel join at 1930 (7:30 PM).  Meetings are held in person and online at Sector 2 Headquarters in Junction City (Located behind the First Christian Church at 1250 Nyssa Street).  Please contact us for the Zoom login information.   Meetings are open to everyone.

Typical Meeting Format:
1900-1930 Personal / Faith / Leadership Development (Rated Personnel)
1930-2000 Meeting Agenda (All Personnel)
2000-2100 Unit Training (All Personnel, may end sooner than 2100)
NOTE: Non Rated personnel, like CERTs, are expected to arrive at the meeting at 1930.

Unit Specific Training / Outings:
Usually occur approximately monthly (typically the Saturday immediately following the Sector Meeting), but varies widely depending on the unit and is subject to change.  Details released at Sector Meetings and online.

Sector 2 Headquarters

TSI Site 1
Sector Meetings and events are held at Sector 2 Headquarters.  Sector 2 Headquarters is a separate building located behind the First Christian Church at 1250 Nyssa Street in Junction City, Oregon.
Training Solutions International Site 1 is located at 245 W. 6th Ave. in Junction City and is used by TSI for holding classes and as its administrative headquarters.  The Site is technically part of Sector 2 and C.A.A. personnel regularly attend meetings and training there.
