Rapid Response TeamThe Rapid Response Team (RRT) is a program under Emergency Response to provide Sector based multi-discipline rapid deployment emergency response teams capable of responding quickly to disaster situations.

CERTThe C.A.A. Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is a program under Emergency Response to create community emergency response teams as an auxiliary to RRT units, capable of responding to all hazards emergencies; and to train and inform the public about disaster response and preparedness.
