Central Command

 Central Command is a Primary Command whose mission is to provide centralized command and coordination for the rest of the C.A.A. and to carry out the orders of the Board of Directors.  Central Command is responsible for developing policy and operating procedures that define how commands and units within the C.A.A. are supposed to be structured and function.  Additionally, Central Command provides core logistics, administration, and financial management; and is the primary internal regulatory authority for the C.A.A.  On top of all this, Central Command is tasked with being responsible for core capability areas like emergency management and the operation of Area Commands like Sectors.  Because of its role of providing command and coordination, Central Command has the authority to issue orders to all other commands and units, and deploy C.A.A. resources and personnel.

Emergency Response is responsible for overseeing Central Aid Agency units and capabilities that are directly focused on emergency and disaster response.

Academy

The Academy is responsible for coordinating training and curriculum for the Central Aid Agency.  It also establishes standards and certifies C.A.A. instructors.

Medical Corps

The Central Aid Agency Medical Corps is currently under development.  It primarily serves as an administrative means to establish standards and protocols for C.A.A. Unit Medics and ​personnel that are ​medically trained.

Training Solutions International

Training Solutions International (TSI) is an Affiliate Company under the Academy whose mission is to provide high quality training services to other agencies, businesses, and the public.  The company donates at least 10% of what it earns back to the Central Aid Agency.
Cadet Corps Emblem

Cadet Corps

The Cadet Corps is a structured youth program with an emphasis on leadership and faith for youths aged 14-21, and to act as an early entry method for youth into C.A.A. service.

The Free Agent Program was created to provide a specialized method of membership for personnel, in an auxiliary capacity, outside of standard activeness requirements and unit assignments.

Command Team 1 Unit Emblem

1st Command Team

​Central Command Team 1 is responsible ​for command and administration of Sector 2, and the management of the personnel and units assigned to Emergency Response Force 1.  The unit is cross trained and in addition to providing administrative support, the unit serves an Incident Management and Operational Support (IMOS) function and assists with general emergency response.

Joint Task Force 1

Joint Task Force 1, also called Task Force Jungle, is the primary operational unit for Sector 1, and additionally responsible for training other C.A.A. units at the FJB Field Training Center "The Jungle" in Sector 1.  Joint Task Force 1 also serves as the administrative location for the assignment of units and ​personnel serving in Sector 1.

Uniforms of Central Command

Central Command primarily wears uniforms in Navy Blue (Color Type 1), but also wears Coyote (Color Type 2) for hot weather, and OD (Color Type 3) for specialized field environments and Joint Task Force 1.  Uniforms commonly worn by Central Command include:

Basic Duty Uniform Class C

Administrative Uniform with Navy Blue Polo and Tan Pants Class C

Field Basic Service Uniform Class D (When participating in Community Service activities)

Because Central Command units are usually deployable, they typically require Type 2 or greater hygiene and appearance requirements when in full uniform.
Type 3 or greater hygiene and appearance requirements is typically required for personnel that are administrative only.
