Sectors are part of the Central Aid Agency system of Area Command, in which C.A.A. units and personnel are assigned to designated geographical areas under an area headquarters and staff. Each area headquarters is then responsible for C.A.A. operations within the designated area and surrounding it. The system is scalable, and Sectors are grouped into Districts based on location. Sectors have their own flags that list the Sector number and either the general area of responsibility, or the location of the headquarters. Only Sectors that are currently active are listed on this page.
District 1 encompasses the US State of Oregon and includes Sector 1 and Sector 2. District 1 headquarters is collocated with Sector 2 headquarters in Junction City, Oregon.
Sector Headquarters: FAJB Field Training Center “The Jungle”
Sector Commander: CEDG. Ben Bower, Central Command (Acting)
Description: Sector 1 is located in Western Lane County, Oregon. It is centered around the city of Florence, and extends North to Cape Perpetua, South to Tahkenitch Lake, and East to Walton, encompassing most of the Siuslaw River basin. Functionally, the units currently assigned to Sector 1 are primarily focused on training other C.A.A. personnel, but do maintain some limited operational capability within the area. Sector 1 features the FAJB Field Training Center, nicknamed “The Jungle”, which is a facility controlled by Central Command. Sector 1 is home to Joint Task Force 1, which is headquartered at The FAJB Field Training Center and is responsible for maintenance and operations based at the facility. Joint Task Force 1 does not currently have its own dedicated personnel. It is instead comprised of C.A.A. units and personnel from other locations who are administratively assigned to the Task Force on an ongoing basis, or temporarily when operating at the facility or within the Sector.

Sector Meetings: Second Thursday of the month.
1900-2100 (7-9:00 PM) for Rated personnel.
1930- 2100 (7:30-9:00 PM) for Non-Rated (CERT) personnel.
Held at Sector Headquarters (1250 Nyssa St.). Sector Meetings are open to everyone.
Sector Commander: CEDG. Ben Bower, Central Command
Description: Sector 2 is currently the location of C.A.A. General Headquarters and the primary administrative and operational base for the organization. It is centered around the Eugene / Springfield metropolitan area and encompasses most of the Southern Willamette Valley area. Sector 2 holds Sector Meetings once a month, in addition to regular unit specific training, and occasional service projects. Sector 2 is home to a variety of C.A.A. commands and units, as well as being the seat of the C.A.A. Board of Directors.
