Academy

The Central Aid Agency Academy is a Branch of Central Command whose mission is to provide and oversee training and educational services for the C.A.A.  Including establishing and managing training standards and benchmarks to ensure effectiveness and overall competency.  Also, to oversee the administration of standards and credentialing for curriculum, instructors, cadres, and training units.

Relationship to Training Solutions International

Training Solutions International is an Affiliate Company created from and assigned to the C.A.A. Academy.  As an Affiliate Company, it is a legally separate entity that functions with almost total autonomy, but still falls within the greater C.A.A. hierarchical structure.  Administratively, Training Solutions International is assigned under the Academy and technically subordinate to it in the structure.  However functionally, Training Solutions International provides the bulk of training services both inside and outside the Central Aid Agency, including curriculum management and the certification of C.A.A. and TSI Instructors.  By policy, the Branch Director of the Academy is the same person as the Company Manager of Training Solutions International.
