Central Command Team 1 is the Command Element for Sector 2.  The unit is responsible for handling core logistics, administration, as well as policy development and support for day to day operations of Sector 2.

Central Command Team 1 is an element of 1st Command Group, which is the Command Element for all C.A.A. operations and directly supports the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is the central governing body of the Central Aid Agency.  It's mission is to be the top command authority for the Central Aid Agency keeping Christ as the focus and center of all operations; as well as to create governing policies, rules and regulations, and guide the organization as a whole.

The Board is comprised of seven Directors who each lead the primary seven Commands.  These Directors are each assisted by a Deputy Director which they appoint from the next highest ranking officers in their respective Commands or Branches.  The Board is led by the Executive Director, who serves as the president of the organization.  The Executive Director is assisted in their duties by two Joint Chiefs of Staff who are elected each year from the standing Directors.  Additionally, seven seats exist that are open for election each year from Commissioned Officers in good standing from each of the seven Commands.

The Board decides all issues through voting, with a simple majority being the basis for most decision making.  Directors each hold two votes on the Board, the appointed seats each holding one.  The Executive Director holds two conventional votes and has the ability to break ties.

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.  Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
